Privacy & cookies
What we collect, and what we don’t.
This page is a pre-launch landing site. We keep data handling here as minimal and governed as the product itself — only what’s needed to talk to you and keep the site secure. Last updated 16 June 2026
Who we are
euroclaw is the data controller for this site. For any privacy question or request, email k@euroclaw.sh.
What we collect
Early-access waitlist
When you submit the form, we collect your name and work email. We use them for one thing: to contact you about early access to euroclaw. The submission is delivered to us as an email notification (via Cloudflare Email Routing) — we don’t sell it, share it for advertising, or use it for anything else. Ask us to delete it any time and we will.
Anti-bot check
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA. To tell humans from bots it processes a one-time token and your IP address at submission time. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Analytics — only if you allow it
If you accept analytics, we use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, for privacy-friendly product analytics — aggregate things like which sections get read and where people leave — so we can improve the page. Nothing loads until you opt in, and turning it off removes its cookies. We do not run advertising or marketing trackers.

Where your data lives
The site is hosted on Cloudflare and served from its edge network; analytics, if enabled, run on PostHog’s EU infrastructure. We keep processing in the EU by design.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare — hosting, the Turnstile bot check, and email routing for waitlist notifications.
- PostHog (EU) — product analytics, only with your consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time (for analytics, just toggle it off). To exercise any of these, email k@euroclaw.sh. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date above and re-ask for cookie consent where required.
